Next-generation battery motor! No need for a boost inverter, making it less susceptible to voltage fluctuations, and it provides high torque from the start!
"AC (alternating current) motor driven by DC (direct current) power = DA motor!"
This document contains technical information about the three-phase induction motor "DA Motor System - DA Controller," which can operate on a direct current battery power source.
Traditionally, using a three-phase AC motor (induction motor) with a DC power source required voltage conversion through devices like DC/DC converters. However, the DA motor developed by our company only requires driving through a dedicated DA controller, resulting in minimal losses from voltage conversion and enabling efficient charging of regenerative energy back into the battery.
**Features**
- Drives AC motors with battery power
- Fully enclosed external fan type and no carbon brushes, requiring no maintenance for long periods
- Rotates based on frequency commands, unaffected by voltage fluctuations
- Efficiently returns energy generated during regenerative braking when speed decreases back to the battery
- Allows for smooth acceleration, deceleration, forward, and reverse operation
- Available voltages include 48V, 96V, 120V, and 288V (other voltages can also be produced)
- Capacities range from 0.75kW to 55kW, with a wide variety of options
